King Pin is a coupling component between semi-trailer and tractor unit.
The different designs make it possible to mount the king pin to the trailer quite easily. JOST king pins meet the strictest safety requirements. They are manufactured from high-quality, coated forged blanks, which are tested for complete absence of cracks. Exchanging or converting our King Pins is quick and easy.
The King Pin can be replaced or changed quickly and easily.
The national regulations (in Germany §§19, 20, 21 of the Motor Vehicle Safety Standard “StVZO”) and the JOST installation and operating instructions must be observed for the installation, conversion and replacement of the King Pin.
For safety reasons, we recommend only using the screws once.
