Mid-2023, PT. Tri Difta Utama held a Team Building activity “Building Solidarity, Increasing Trust” which was held for 2 days. Precisely on August 18-19, 2023 at Villa Akira II, Megamendung, Bogor. This team-building activity aims to improve cooperation, respect differences, build communication, and create strong engagement to achieve common goals.
Team Building
Team Building allows members to connect, understand differences, and align visions, fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals effectively. In a competitive business world, having a solid and efficient team is very important. TDU realizes the importance of this and commits to continuing to strengthen the foundation of cooperation among everyone.
Teamwork
In this team building, TDU employees participated in teamwork activities like opposite games, splitting into two teams to tackle opposing challenges. Then there was the gobag sodor game, employees had to work together to defend and block opponents from getting to the finish line. Next was the fort game, in this game it took cooperation to defend their fort from attacks by the opposing team. Finally, there was a pillow fight game where employees hit each other creatively, making the game even more exciting.
Another exciting activity was the TDU Team doing rafting. The TDU Team together sailed through the river rapids which were quite extreme and challenging. Because the team building activity coincided with Indonesia’s Independence Day, the TDU Team also participated in enlivening the independence atmosphere. During two days full of spirited activities, TDU team members learned many new things, one of which was how important good communication is in achieving common goals. Every difference and diverse perspective becomes a valuable asset that must be appreciated on the journey to success.
Solidarity
In addition, the TDU Team also felt the closeness of team solidarity formed in these activities. The TDU Team understands that in a rapidly changing business world, only by becoming a strong and solid team can we overcome any obstacles that may arise. The hope from this Team Building activity is that the team’s communication methods will improve, thus creating a sense of close solidarity and better trust and focus on the targets to be achieved.
